How to make it

  • In a sauce pan, add sherry and heat over high heat.
  • Add shallots or scallions and cook until soft.
  • Stir in Dijon mustard and whipping cream.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until sauce thickens and shiny bubbles form, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve over protein of choice.
