Campfire Hobo Stews Recipe
An easy fun warm meal for camping. Or even on your grill. Works best in the hot coals on an open fire. The best on cool nights when camping in the spring and fall - or a rainy day!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef, thawed
  • 1 large can of cream of mushroom (or your choice creamed soup)
  • 1 can sliced potatos, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can carrots, drained
  • 1 Tb minced garlic
  • 1 Tb seasoning salt or mixed seasonings as liked

Directions
  1. On 6 large pieces of aluminum foil, break meat up evenly. You can make meat chunks or meatballs your choice in size.
  2. Put a large dallop of soup over the meat.
  3. Split the vegetables up evenly onto each packet.
  4. Season with seasonings and garlic.
  5. Wrap packets tightly and wrap again with a second layer of foil.
  6. Set packets on rack over hot coals or can set in with the coals.
  7. 25 minutes and pull packets out and serve!
