How to make it

  • Wash grapes but do not remove stems.
  • Pack in sterilized jars
  • Be very careful not to crush grapes
  • Combine sugar and vinegar and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Pour hot syrup over grapes and seal.
  • Store in a dark place so they will retain their color.
  • Great for garnishing.
