Pickled Grapes Recipe
This is an incredible recipe that I obtained from my mother-in-law who canned everything. These were always a big hit when we got a jar of these. Not only do they make a great garnish they actually taste wonderful.

Ingredients
  • 3 bunches firm ripe grapes
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups vinegar

Directions
  1. Wash grapes but do not remove stems.
  2. Pack in sterilized jars
  3. Be very careful not to crush grapes
  4. Combine sugar and vinegar and boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour hot syrup over grapes and seal.
  6. Store in a dark place so they will retain their color.
  7. Great for garnishing.
