Fish baked a la Russse

- 3/4 lb fish (pike,cod, cat-fish, perch). shopping list
- 3/4 lb potatoes par-boiled. shopping list
- for sour cream sauce. shopping list
- 3 c..sour cream add more if you need too. shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour. shopping list
- 1 tablespoons oil. shopping list
- 1/3 cheese. shopping list
- salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a pan with fat, put sliced potatoes around and fish slices in the center, salt.
- Mix sour cream with oil and flour thoroughly and pour over .
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- And bake in the oven for 30-40 mins.
