Chicken Handi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken boneless (cut in cubes)
  • 100 g ghee
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
  • 300 g tomatoes,finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp gram masala
  • 4/5 green chillies(slit in half)
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1tsp ginger,grated

Directions
  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Add ginger/garlic paste and stir.
  3. Add chicken cubes and stir again for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add tomatoes, salt, red chilies, turmeric powder,cumin and mix it .
  5. Cover and cook on medium heat till chicken is done.
  6. Stir-fry on high till oil separates.
  7. Add garam masala, green chilies and stir well.
  8. Cook on a very low flame for 5 minutes.
  9. Add cream and mix well.
  10. Garnish with coriander and grated ginger. Serve hot.
