Simple sweet and sour chicken using bottled sauce. Serve with steamed rice.

Ingredients
  • 200g Chicken
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Pineapple cubes + some juice
  • 3 tbs Sweet & Sour sauce
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth

Directions
  1. Debone chicken and cut into small chunks.
  2. Cut tomato and cucumber into small pieces.
  3. Heat some oil on the pan.
  4. Brown the garlic then add onions, cucumber and pineapple cubes.
  5. Add chicken followed by sweet & sour sauce, chicken broth and tomatoes.
