Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice syrup
  • ½ cup soft light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vanilla soy protein powder

Directions
  1. Microwave the jar of brown rice syrup (lid off) for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape into a small, deep bowl.
  3. Whisk the brown sugar into the hot syrup and until the sugar completely dissolves.
  4. Beat in the protein powder until completely smooth.
  5. Pour into a clean jar.
  6. Cool, covered, until thickened.
  7. This will keep several weeks in the refrigerator or several months frozen.
