Ingredients

7 oz of 7UP (or other citrus flavored soda)

1/4 pkg of miniature marshmallows

1 pkg (3 oz size) lime jello

2 pkgs (3 oz size) cream cheese (room temperature)

1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)

3/4 c chopped walnuts

1 c heavy (whipping) cream

2/3 c mayonnaise or Miracle Whip ( I prefer Miracle Whip)

Directions

Combine 7UP and marshmallows in saucepan and cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add jello, stirring well until dissolved.

Add the hot mixture to the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add pineapple and walnuts.

Chill until partially set. Then fold in whipping cream and mayonnaise (do not whip cream first). Pour into a 9 x 13 dish sprayed with PAM or other light oil and place in refrigerator for several hours until set.

I was wondering if there is something that could be subbed for the marshmellows, some people just don't like them. ANYBODY???
