Mixed Fruit Preserves Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups sour cherries

3 cups fresh apricots

2 cups red raspberries

7 cups granulated sugar

Directions

Wash and seed cherries.

Drop apricots into boiling water for a few seconds then remove skins and seeds.

Cut into quarters.

Wash berries.

Mix fruit and sugar together and cook quickly until fruits are clear and tender.

Seal in hot jars.

Sounds yummy i have a question do your preserves need to be processed as i am about to start making them it seems all preserve recipes do. is that right if so what is the processing time for your recipe
