Quick and easy appetizer to have at parties and dinners.

Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz sharp cheese grated
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Shape into a ball.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and let chill overnight.
- Serve with crackers.
- Optional: After it has chilled over night roll in chopped pecans.
