this drink is high in antioxidants, vit A and C, in low in carbs, very low sugar, high in protein and good source of fiber my family loves it. I drink one 16 onz before my workout, (one scoop of soy protein optional)

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup of mixed berries
  • 1 cup of yogurt (low or non-fat / sweetened wt splenda)
  • 1 cup of fat-free ice cream & sweetened wt splenda
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp of unsweetened frozen concentrated orange juice
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water (green tea optional)

Directions
  1. In a blender mix all together, and enjoy it!!

Used green tea and basswood honey rather than splenda, nice tart, clean taste and didn't sit like a rock in the tummy. Aftertaste was quite appealing and pleasurable. I am impressed. Thanks for the recipe share.
