Healthy Berry light smoothie

- 1 1/2 cup of mixed berries shopping list
- 1 cup of yogurt (low or non-fat / sweetened wt splenda) shopping list
- 1 cup of fat-free ice cream & sweetened wt splenda shopping list
- 1 cup of crushed ice shopping list
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened frozen concentrated orange juice shopping list
- 1 cup of soy milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup of water (green tea optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender mix all together, and enjoy it!!

Used green tea and basswood honey rather than splenda, nice tart, clean taste and didn't sit like a rock in the tummy. Aftertaste was quite appealing and pleasurable. I am impressed. Thanks for the recipe share.
