Easy appetizer from Paula Deen's cookbook. I bake them for almost any party that I throw. They are also good for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1-lb ground sausage
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 4 cups grated sharp cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with fingers.
- Form 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from cooking sheet as soon as you take them out of the oven.
