How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with fingers.
  • Form 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from cooking sheet as soon as you take them out of the oven.

    I make these with one cup jiffy or bisquick and one 1/2 cups cheese, and 1/2 cups finely diced onions and 2 tablespoons of garlic powder! Makes them more meaty than biscuity, and makes a great appetizer.

    I made these for the superbowl party (how about them Steelers?) My recipe came from Betty Crocker and it is about the same except for the Parsley and the milk and a couple pf other ingredients that I do not remember right off. Anyhoo mine were to doughy couldn't taste the sausage how about yours???

    I make these all the time too. I learned them from my aunt about 20 years ago. Always a favorite...and I don't even like sausage!!!
