Cinnamon Glazed Almonds Over Roasted Fruits

- 1/3 pound sliced almonds shopping list
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 2 plums shopping list
- 2 peaches shopping list
- 2 pears shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300.
- Toss together almonds and sugar then stir in egg whites until well mixed.
- Bake on a lightly greased sheet pan at 300 turning occasionally until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and break up slightly.
- Cut all fruit in quarters and remove seeds.
- In large bowl stir together honey, brown sugar, red wine and cinnamon.
- Toss with fruit and place in a baking dish and roast for 30 minutes at 400.
- Garnish with glazed almonds.
