These are really easy, tasty and impressive potatoes. Everyone always asks where I find the time to make these and I always just take the credit and keep the simplicity of this recipe to myself :)

Ingredients
  • 4-5 Large Potatoes, cut into spears, peeled or not, your choice
  • 1/2 Cup Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 Parmesan Cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Toss Potatoes with Dressing
  3. Place on a slightly greased baking dish
  4. Bake for 30 Min , turn potatoes
  5. Bake 25 Min, cover with Cheese
  6. Bake 5 min until cheese is crispy and brown
  7. Serve with Sour Cream
