Cranberry Pecan Almond Love Cake

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- (1) 8 oz carton sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
- (1) 16 oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- glaze shopping list
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 1 Tbsp warm water shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
- In bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in almond extract.
- Spread half of the mixture in greased, floured bundt pan
- Spoon half of the cranberry sauce on batter
- Spread evenly, add remainder of creamed mixture over cranberry sauce
- Sprinkle with pecans
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done
- Cool slightly and drizzle with glaze
- GLAZE
- Mix powdered sugar, almond extract, and water until smooth
- I HAVE SERVED THIS AT BREAKFAST, BRUNCH, AND AS A DESSERT
