Ingredients

Firm Organic Tofu

French sesame hot dog bun

Shreded Letuce

BBQ Sauce

Oil

Salt

Bacos (FAKE BACON BITS)

Swiss cheese

Directions

cut the tofu in slices about half a inch thick

Cover tofu with bbq sauce

bake for 25 min at 350 ( OPTIONAL)

in a oiled skillet cook for about 5 minutes each side

Serve

topped with Swiss cheese

letuce '

sprinkle

olive oil

kosher salt over the letuce

and bacos
