I love sweet salads and this is one that is easy and quite tasty. It's good as a salad or as a healthy snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 large tart, crisp diced apples
  • 1 tbls lemon juice
  • ½ Cup diced dried apricots
  • ½ Cup diced celery
  • ¼ Cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 Cup active-culture vanilla yogurt

Directions
  1. Toss apples in lemon juice.
  2. Toss apples with other ingredients except for yogurt.
  3. Mix yogurt into salad and chill.
