Apple and Apricot Salad

I love sweet salads and this is one that is easy and quite tasty. It's good as a salad or as a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 2 large tart, crisp diced apples shopping list
- 1 tbls lemon juice shopping list
- ½ Cup diced dried apricots shopping list
- ½ Cup diced celery shopping list
- ¼ Cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/3 Cup active-culture vanilla yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Toss apples in lemon juice.
- Toss apples with other ingredients except for yogurt.
- Mix yogurt into salad and chill.
