Cinnamon Pancake Mix

this is a great send home gift after a christmas eve party
Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons baking powder shopping list
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and put in a quart jar, shake down if necessary. Store in a cool, dry place up to 6 months.
- Decorate and attach the following written on a gift card:
- Cinnamon Pancakes
- In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of oil with a wire whisk. Add 1 1/3 cups pancake mix and stir just until moist, and still a bit lumpy. Cook on lightly greased griddle or in a waffle iron. Makes about a dozen medium pancakes.

Wow! I just made this today for breakfast. It was very nice having homemade pancakes instead of using pre-made mix. My family and I enjoyed it a lot! Gorgeous pancakes, delectable as well!!!! Thanks!
