A very simple way to make a sweet graham cracker snack.

Ingredients
  • Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • Chopped nuts

Directions
  1. 1. Using a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam-Use graham crackers broken in half-- line pan and space 1/4" apart.
  2. 2. Melt in pan butter and brown sugar, bringing to a good boil.
  3. 3. Pour over graham crackers.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with nuts.
  5. Bake at ~350 for 10 minutes.

Could you use splenda's brown sugar instead of real brown sugar as im a diabetic.

Hi, I don't know anything about the splenda brown sugar...don't you use Splenda just like sugar? Measuring the same in recipes? You could give it a try. Good luck.
