How to make it

  • Add 1 cup sugar to whipped cream then slowly fold in fruit juices.
  • Cut cake lengthwise into 1" thick slices then line bottom of loaf pan.
  • Layer with cake and whipped cream mixture alternately.
  • Refrigerate overnight then cut into squares.
  • Serve in chilled dishes.
  • Mix cornstarch and sugar together then add juice.
  • Cook until thickened and chill thoroughly.
  • Pour sauce over cake squares.
