Burgundy Mushrooms

- 1 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1 qt. red wine (burgundy is best) shopping list
- 2 T. Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 t. dill seed shopping list
- 1 t. pepper shopping list
- 1 t. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 c. boiling water shopping list
- 3 beef bouillon cubes shopping list
- 4 lb. fresh white mushrooms shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a large Dutch oven, combine butter, wine, Worchestershire , dill, pepper, garlic, water, and bouillon; bring to a boil.
- Let boil a minute or two. Place stemmed mushrooms in mixture. Boil another minute or two. Serve warm.
