Perfect Meat Balls

- 2 to 3 lbs of ground beef extra lean. you can also use ground pork, chicken , or any other ground meat to make these meat balls. shopping list
- spices to your taste. i use garlic and italian seasoning and some times parmesan cheese. in my meat balls. shopping list
- use 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 to 2 tsp. of italian seasoning and about a couple tablespoons of parmesan cheese. shopping list
- sprinkle black pepper into meat as desired for your taste. shopping list
- sprinkle salt if you wish into these meat balls. shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven to 5oo degrees.
- take parchment paper and line a broiler pan or cookie sheet with paper.
- mix above ingredients in a big mixing bowl mix well.
- with a table spoon measure meat balls out by getting a heaping tbsp. of ground beef on spoon and place meat in hand and roll into a ball then place on cookie sheet or broiler pan that has been lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
- make sure the meat balls do not touch. then place in 5oo degree oven for 15 mins. or till light brown. watch closely so they dont burn.
- these meat balls can be made ahead of time and frozen to use for all kinds of dishes. meat balls may look dry but they are not. this is a very quick way to make a lot of meat balls for a party.
