How to make it

  • heat oven to 5oo degrees.
  • take parchment paper and line a broiler pan or cookie sheet with paper.
  • mix above ingredients in a big mixing bowl mix well.
  • with a table spoon measure meat balls out by getting a heaping tbsp. of ground beef on spoon and place meat in hand and roll into a ball then place on cookie sheet or broiler pan that has been lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
  • make sure the meat balls do not touch. then place in 5oo degree oven for 15 mins. or till light brown. watch closely so they dont burn.
  • these meat balls can be made ahead of time and frozen to use for all kinds of dishes. meat balls may look dry but they are not. this is a very quick way to make a lot of meat balls for a party.
