How to make it

  • Heat olive oil and garlic in large skillet over med/high heat.
  • Add onions and chard, saute until leaves are wilted.
  • Place in baking dish. (No need to grease or spray dish, olive oil from cooked chard will coat the bottom)
  • Top with ham and cheeses.
  • In separate dish wisk eggs, milk, a dash of salt and a dash of pepper together.
  • Pour egg mixture over ham and cheeses.
  • Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 min.
