Pretty Darn Healthy Quiche

- 1 c. cooked, chopped ham shopping list
- 2/3 c. mozzarella (light string cheese cubed works great) shopping list
- 1/3 c. swiss shopping list
- 3 large Green Chard leaves, chopped (or 3 cups of raw spinach) shopping list
- 1/4 c. yellow onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil and garlic in large skillet over med/high heat.
- Add onions and chard, saute until leaves are wilted.
- Place in baking dish. (No need to grease or spray dish, olive oil from cooked chard will coat the bottom)
- Top with ham and cheeses.
- In separate dish wisk eggs, milk, a dash of salt and a dash of pepper together.
- Pour egg mixture over ham and cheeses.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 min.
