Super-Chunk Brownies

- 1 cup buckwheat flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup high-gluten flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 cup low-fat soy milk shopping list
- 4 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 tsp hazelnut oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp apple butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 1 tbsp Frangelico liqueur shopping list
- 2/3 cup warm (not hot) Vanilla-hazelnut flavoured coffee shopping list
- 1/2 cup Gianduia chocolate chunks (I reccomend Caffarel Gianduja bitter) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl whisk dry ingredients well.
- In a separate bowl, stir together soy milk, oils, apple butter, honey, Frangelico and coffee.
- Whisk wet ingredients into the dry until just blended.
- Fold in chocolate chunks.
- Bake for 25 minutes, cool completely in pan.
