How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In large bowl whisk dry ingredients well.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together soy milk, oils, apple butter, honey, Frangelico and coffee.
  • Whisk wet ingredients into the dry until just blended.
  • Fold in chocolate chunks.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, cool completely in pan.

    Jo jo ba these are way different!! a lot more expensive and decedent but they still sound very very good. I've never used hazelnut oil. I like the addition of the apple butter also.
