Ingredients
  • ½ cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground lemon zest
  • ¼ shredded Parmesan

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Allow to stand for at least 3o minutes before using , to allow the flavors to develop.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week

I love this, I can see it on a great piece of grilled mahi mahi. YUM. Heck, admit it, I'd put this on veggies too.
