- Canned yams shopping list
- 1 Cup orange juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (heaping) shopping list
- 3/4 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- ground cloves shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Drain juice from canned yams and mash potatoes.
- Heat orange juice with cornstarch. Add brown sugar. Cook until it thickens.
- Add to mashed yams with the spices. Add vanilla (all to taste).
- Put mixture in casserole, and bake in a 350 deg oven for 20 minutes. Top with marshmallows and bake until marshmallows are melted and slightly brown.
