Ingredients

1/2 Cup Water

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Egg

3 Cup Bread flour

3 Tablespoon Wheat germ or bran

2 Tablespoon Instant potato flakes

1-1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1-1/2 Tablespoon Oil

3 Tablespoon Sugar

1-1/2 Teaspoon Yeast

Directions

Place all ingredients in machine in manufacturer's preferred order, set to white bread and push START!

Thanks, this sounds wonderful! I am a bread maker,(by hand), but I do use the bread machine occasionally for several breads that are "beyond ordinary". This sounds like one of those. I will share my also! :)
