A Great way to use up ripe banana's. I was tired of banana bread.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Banana's mashed
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Grease 9x13 pan
  2. Beat together Butter and Sugar's, add Egg and Vanilla.
  3. Stir in mashed Banana's.
  4. Beat in Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt.
  5. Stir in Chocolate Chips
  6. Pour into greased pan and bake 25 minutes.
