Ingredients

How to make it

  • Give cuts in chicken and rub salt.
  • Keep for half an hour .
  • Soak and boil allubhukarai. Remove seeds and mash.
  • Mix in seasonings, All of the above ingridients along with de-seeded allubhukharay.
  • Marinate chicken in it for 2 hours.
  • Bake at 200 C for 30- 45 minutes in a greased pan, in pre heated oven.

    I really like the flavors in this dish. I would like to know what Allubhukharay is. I Tried to look it up ( google) but no results except " did you mean Albukhary " which I'm sure you don't mean as he is a man. :)
