How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients except the cinnamon in a baking dish. (8x8 glass dish works the best)
  • Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, or until center is set and not runny.

    I am going to add some grated lemon rind, and bake it in individual custard cups, in a hot water bath (bain-marie).
