How to make it

  • Clean shrimp with white vinegar and water bath,
  • Sauté the shrimp in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  • Add in the finely chopped onion and garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Add in the tomato sauce, dry white wine, vinegar and Tabasco.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • Uncover, remove from heat and add salt, pepper, and pimentos.
