Banana Latte

A really easy breakfast for on the go mornings. I try to keep a bunch of peeled bananas in the freezer at all times, it makes everything super easy.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled and frozen shopping list
- 2 shots of espresso shopping list
- 6 ice cubes shopping list
- 1 cup of vanilla soy or regular milk shopping list
- 1 scoop of protein powder (optional) shopping list
- 1/4 cup silken tofu (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Toss everything in a blender
- Blend
- Enjoy while you are racing to work!

I am new here and I guess I am shocked to see so many rating their own recipes. I thought the point of the ratings was to see what OTHERS thought of our recipes. Aw well, I have a lot to learn then I guess.
