    Love that cajun rub..... Im only 20 minutes from the Louisiana line so this is a must for me...

    THANK YOU!!!! When my son comes to visit, I always ask him what he wants me to make for a meal....Once, he asked for Cajun Shrimp over Grilled Chicken (a recipe from a local restaurant). Well, I wasn't too sure what he meant, but made do with an Emeril Lagasse Cajun sauce. My son meant Cajun-seasoned, not Cajun-red-sauced, but nonetheless he bravely ate it. He even took leftovers home. His father (my ex) saw the "red Sauce" in the freezer and thought it was my famous spaghetti sauce, so he poured it all over pasta....LOL!
    My son will like this recipe! Thanks!
