grilled asparagus Recipe

How to make it

  • snap off tough ends of asparagus. combine all ingredients in a large zip lock bag, seal and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • remove asparagus from bag, discard marinade.
  • place asparagus on grill rack and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until asparagus is done.
  • * its easier to put the asparagus on skewers and cook that way.

    gaspesiangal ate it and said...
    We love asparagus and grill it often but today I wanted something a little different and choose this recipe. Other than cutting the recipe in half I made as directed. I find that the flavours compete with each other and don't really meld creating an odd flavour.
