Quiche w Stuffing Crust

I make quiches all the time. But it' s easy to grow tired of something, if you eat it all the time. This is a wonderful way to get your quiche on a new way.
Ingredients
- 1 box stuffing mix shopping list
- 1 cup diced, cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese, or cheese of your chioce shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 can (5oz.) evaporated milk shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Prepare stuffing as directed on box
- press into a 10-inch pie pan
- bake for 10 minutes
- Place chicken and cheese on top of stuffing crust
- combine eggs, milk, and pepper
- Pour on over chicken and cheese
- bake for 30-35 minutes
