Pina Colada Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Bake cake as directed on package.
  • When still hot, poke holes all over cake with fork or toothpick.
  • Combine cream of cream of coconut and milk and pour over top of cake.
  • Spread Cool Whip over cake
  • Sprinkle with coconut.

    This cake is what my brother asks for every year on his birthday. It is easy to make. Thanks for posting. I also add a little coconut extract to the cool whip before spreading. Then with the sprinkled coconut, it is very "coconutty".
