This an extremely easy, very delicious cake

Ingredients
  • 1 white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • Coconut

Directions
  1. Bake cake as directed on package.
  2. When still hot, poke holes all over cake with fork or toothpick.
  3. Combine cream of cream of coconut and milk and pour over top of cake.
  4. Spread Cool Whip over cake
  5. Sprinkle with coconut.

This cake is what my brother asks for every year on his birthday. It is easy to make. Thanks for posting. I also add a little coconut extract to the cool whip before spreading. Then with the sprinkled coconut, it is very "coconutty".
