This is not your normal whipped cream! Cream cheese makes it richly decadent. Can be flavored with vanilla or lemon. Serve on cakes, pies, shortcakes or even hot coffe or tea.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest or ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Pour heavy cream into chilled bowl.
  2. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and either lemon zest or vanilla extract, not both, and beat until combined and fluffy.
