  • 375
  • Prebake shell 8 minutes
  • layer potatoes
  • asparagus
  • bacon
  • cheese
  • Beat eggs, milk, marjoram and salt until well blended.
  • Pour over mixture in shell.
  • Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean
  • Let stand 5 minutes or more before cutting as you should do with all quiches.

    Oh, I love Canadian bacon! I think I'd like to take the circular bacon slices and quarter them, though, so their shape would be similar to the... oh wait a sec, it uses hash browns. I was thinking sliced potatoes. Hmmm. Could be interesting with cooked sliced potatoes, too. A variation? :) Anyhow, I love quiche, and am going to give this one a try!
