No Bake 10 Minute Chocolate Cookies

You can't get faster or easier than this. And they are healthy and if you sub Splenda for the sugar ..even healthier. You will never be out of cookies for the kids if you keep these ingredients on hand.
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 c. peanut butter shopping list
- 3 1/2 c. quick oats shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first four ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 1 -2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Drop on waxed paper and cool.
- These will not crumble.
