Funny, my dad just asked for this very recipe. Both of us remember fondly my mom making her lemon linguine. Dad hasn't had the dish since she passed away. I'm collecting some of the recipes similar to hers to give him as a gift. He hasn't wanted to cook, they always cooked side by side, and now he has expressed interest and I'm thrilled to see him perk up. This dish will makeh him very happy.
