Ingredients

1/2 pound shredded rotisserie chicken pieces

1/2 head Napa cabbage thinly sliced

1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced

4 scallions sliced

1 carrot julienned

1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves chopped

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

For dressing:

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons dark sesame oil

2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1 clove garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes

Directions

In large salad bowl whisk together dressing ingredients.

Add chicken and salad ingredients and toss well.

Pour dressing over all and toss well.

Serve immediately.
