- 11/2 pounds asparagus trimmed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 large yellow onion cut in small chunks shopping list
- 1/4 pound shitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps thinly sliced shopping list
- 3 large garlic cloves minced shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- pizza dough shopping list
- shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 425 F
- cut asparagus into 1 1/2 inch pieces. in large skillet heat olive oil over medium high heat. add onion and mushrooms. cook for 8 mins.
- add asparagus, garlic, salt, pepper and water; cover and cook for about 5 mins. remove from heat.
- flatten 2 pieces dough to 1/8 inch thickeness, about 10 inches in diameter. sprinkle jack cheese on each piece of dough then spread with equal amounts of vegetable mixture. sprinkle each with parmesan cheese.
- bake pizzas for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese melts.
