Yummy Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash chicken and pat dry.
  • Mix mayo and parmesan together in a small bowl.
  • "Ice" the chicken breasts with the mayo mixture.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is done.
  • I used a little more breadcrumbs than called for.

    this sounds easy and good. I think I will try it with japanese bread crumbs. (Panko crumbs)
