This came straight off the mayo jar, but it's really good. Thought I'd share it on the site.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tsp. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Wash chicken and pat dry.
  2. Mix mayo and parmesan together in a small bowl.
  3. "Ice" the chicken breasts with the mayo mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until chicken is done.
  6. I used a little more breadcrumbs than called for.
