How to make it

  • Clean gills from mushrooms.
  • Combine cheese, thyme and 1 t. lemon juice; mix well.
  • Stuff seasoned cheese into mushroom cavity.
  • Grill stuffed mushrooms 10 to 15 minutes; place lemon slices and bread on the grill to heat through.
  • Combine garlic, mayonnaise, and remaining 1 t. lemon juice. Spread generously onto bun. Add arugula, grilled mushrooms, and grilled lemons to burger.
