Cinnamon Pudding

- SYRUP: shopping list
- 2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 c. water shopping list
- 2 or 3 T. margarine or butter shopping list
- CAKE: shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1 c. white sugar shopping list
- 2 T. margarine shopping list
- 2 t. cinnamon shopping list
- 2 c. flour shopping list
- 2 t. baking powder shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 t. vanilla shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Put syrup ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Beat cake ingredients until light and fluffy, and pour into a greased 9 x 11 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts, and pour warm syrup all over it.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream.
