Ingredients

1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3 eggs

3/4 cup orange juice

8 slices texas toast

Directions

preheat oven to 425 degrees

pour melted butter or margarine in a baking pan large enough to hold the eight slices of texas toast

swirl to coat pan

mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the butter or margarine

beat eggs and orange juice together

dip each slice of bread for about 15 seconds on each side in egg mix

lay in the pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until nicely browned

serve warm dusted with powder sugar or orange flavored syrup
