Add Step-by-Step Photos

This dish is a good spicy side dish for grilled meats, or a great addition to an Italian panini or sandwich. Combine hot and sweet so there is not too much heat.I serve with French baguette. Take the inside dough out and put the peppers in and enjoy.

Roasted peppers and EVOO work wonders for me in the summertime, a little fresh garlic and parsley is all it takes. How easy is that I can taste then already Mmmmmmmmmm, High Five
