How to make it

  • Heat oil in a skillet til just about smoking
  • add broccoli and cook 30 seconds stirring
  • add red pepper cook 30 seconds stirring
  • add minced garlic (and red pepper juice if using jarred roasted red pepper)
  • cook 1 minute stirring so things don;t burn (don't forget to stir!)
  • Add salt or lemon pepper and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • remove from heat when florets are consistency you want (they should be somewhat crunchy)
  • That's it!
