How to make it
- Boil a large pot of lightly salted water, then add the pasta. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until ‘al dente‘ and drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter then add in the cabbage, garlic, and onion, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes, until both the cabbage and onion are tender.
- Mix together the cooked pasta and cabbage mixture in a large sized bowl. Serve warm.
