Strawberry Spinach Salad

There is a combination of sweet but yet it has that little spicy kick to it. This one I just can't get enough of. Colorful as well.
Ingredients
- 1 C. vegetable oil shopping list
- 3/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 C. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 cloves Minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 1 - 1 lb. bag of baby spinach or you can used mixed greens shopping list
- 1 pint of strawberries, cleaned and sliced shopping list
- 1 C. Shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1/2 C. toasted Chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the first seven ingredients ( I put in a jar and shake vigorously)
- Place spinach or mixed greens in a bowl with strawberries, cheese and toasted walnuts.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss.
