There is a combination of sweet but yet it has that little spicy kick to it. This one I just can't get enough of. Colorful as well.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 - 1 lb. bag of baby Spinach or you can used mixed greens
  • 1 pint of strawberries, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 C. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 C. Toasted Chopped Walnuts

Directions
  1. Mix the first seven ingredients ( I put in a jar and shake vigorously)
  2. Place spinach or mixed greens in a bowl with strawberries, cheese and toasted walnuts.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
